PRODUCTION PROCESS
Production Process section is to explain to our viewer how our system works. The detail as we are already explain will help viewer to know more every section in our system to avoid any misunderstanding about pre-order system. Provides FAQ to help viewer doubt question and question want to ask.
1. Pre-Order Placement
You can place your order during 1st batch (4th week – 1st week) and 2nd batch (2nd week – 3rd week).
2. Pre-Order Closure
We close the pre-order section if the order reach the quota, if not, it will be closed on the next batch.
3. Order Processing
Once the pre-order is closed, we start processing the orders against subscriptions and individual’s orders.
4. Production Process
1st batch production (2nd week – 3rd week) and 2nd batch production (4th week – 1st week). The production taking 2 weeks to progress.
5. Packing & Take Goods
As the production process end, we are packs the goods immediately to avoid good being damaged or get dirty. After that, we are taking goods to the warehouse.
6. Distribute Goods based on Order
Double check after arrive at warehouse, and distribute the goods based on order.
7. Delivery
Deliver the order based on individual and subscription information that have been given.
Frequenty Asked Questions (FAQ)
No, we are Pre-order product. Which is the pre-order system already explained at the top.
As we have been focusing on retail markets, the minimum is 10 pairs. However you can buy 1, but should follow the rules of Pre-order system(top) or you can ask us, if there are any ready stock for shoes model you want.
As we know, different craftman – different quality. Our main aim is to achieve the high quality handmade leather goods. Focusing on quality itself, we always do more better every year to improve every detail on shoes and also after sales services. “The more good quality will explain its price.”
We are not electronic product giving such a warranty, because we don’t how our customer will use the shoes and which field they used it. However, our product can last with minimum 1 years. We are ready to cover if the product damaged when below 2 months if customer use as the standart of using vantofel or safety shoes.
The quota for production is 200 for minimal and 400 for maximal. As we already explain, if the quota doesn’t meet the condition. However if you have urgently matter order, we will produce it right away.
Estimated +- 1 months from receiving the order. the minimum 2 weeks, maximum 1month 2 weeks.
